In a high-ceilinged flat with original mouldings, the Studio is framed to sit quietly above the door return — present, but never the loudest thing in the room.

A pale-oak Lijn of continuous slats. Air diffuses through the gaps; lift-off in seconds for the annual filter clean.

Mounted high on a quiet plaster wall, the casing turns the split unit into a single considered object rather than a box to apologise for.

An undyed-linen Kader reads almost as soft furnishing — the kind of detail a guest mistakes for a bench cushion mounted on the wall.
